Trinity's Jubilee picnic in full flow
More than 400 parents, carers and grandparents and over 300 children joined in WPA's activities at Trinity First School in Frome on Friday 1st June. A throne fit for the young kings and queens of Frome offered a suitable space to oversee the proceedings as children and adults painted each others faces, made flags and decorated crowns. As the ice cream van served up majestic 99's WPAs chair of trustees took a well deserved break with Emma our Community Development Worker.
Throughout the day Phil WPA's Volunteer Coordinator chatted with parents about setting up an After School Club in the area which would serve the needs of working parents and provide a space for children to play, with high quality free play activities. If you would like to find out more about after school clubs in this area please use our contact us page to get in touch.
